From Then to Now

Since 1947, onions have been in our genes. What started as a family business has grown into Mol Fresh Food in 1992. We’ve distinguished ourselves by specializing in the artisanal peeling of onions and shallots. In 2004, we expanded our expertise to include precise cutting and packaging of onions.

International Prestige

Our factory in Putten supplies not only the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany but also Scandinavia and England. With a production capacity of 350 to 400 tons per week, we’ve become a well-known name in the international onion sector. Our products find their way to top chefs’ kitchens and the shelves of renowned supermarkets.
